Carrie Poulos is the Founder of Hinge Talent. For two decades she has helped grow and transform leading e-commerce and digital marketing companies by connecting them with exceptional talent. She began her career in business development and was a founding member of WunderLand Group, where she established the company as a leading talent provider, leading sales and business operations nationally. She approaches life and work with focus, diligence and creativity. She lives in the western suburbs of Chicago, with her husband John and 2 children, Audrey & Ryan.
